Sugam, a longstanding transportation and logistics firm operating across India, Nepal, and Bangladesh, sought to fortify its brand identity for enhanced market presence and evolution. The project aimed to revamp the brand’s visual identity and establish a compelling tagline to resonate with its audience while reflecting Sugam’s commitment to reliability and growth.

Despite Sugam’s extensive reach and longstanding presence, its brand identity lacked a cohesive narrative and visual representation to communicate its values effectively. The absence of a compelling tagline and outdated branding hindered the company’s ability to differentiate itself in a competitive market and connect with consumers on a deeper level. Sugam recognized the need to reposition itself as a trusted and forward-thinking brand capable of serving diverse regions and communities.

Our Approach

Our approach to the Sugam rebranding project involved comprehensive market research to understand consumer preferences and industry trends. We generated a range of potential taglines, ultimately selecting “Delivering Trust” to encapsulate Sugam’s commitment to reliability and service excellence. The visual identity redesign incorporated a new logo featuring a bird motif symbolizing growth and direction, complemented by a vibrant color palette evoking warmth and trust. A rollout strategy ensured the seamless implementation of the new brand identity across various touchpoints, supported by internal training sessions and external communication campaigns.
