We embarked on a venture to establish LAGOM Kitchen+ Brewery, a haven where patrons could indulge in the perfect balance of tradition and modernity. Our goal was to create a space that not only served freshly brewed beer and delectable cuisine but also offered a relaxed retro ambiance. To achieve this, we meticulously crafted every aspect of the brewery, from its visual identity to its promotional materials, ensuring that each element reflected our commitment to providing a memorable dining experience.

Problem Statement

In a bustling market saturated with dining establishments, we recognized the need to differentiate LAGOM Kitchen + Brewery from its competitors. We aimed to carve out a unique niche by offering not just exceptional food and beverages, but also an atmosphere that exuded charm and relaxation. To achieve this, we needed to develop a distinct visual identity and promotional strategy that would captivate our target audience and set us apart in the crowded hospitality landscape.

Our Approach

Our branding approach for LAGOM Kitchen+Brewery focused on capturing the essence of “lagom” – the Swedish concept of balance. We created a distinct identity with a mascot resembling a classic beer mug, blending nostalgia with modernity. Our visual language extended across all touchpoints, conveying a sense of relaxation and enjoyment. Tailored communication for events and feedback-driven iterations ensured resonance with the target audience, establishing LAGOM as a premier destination for casual dining and socializing.
