Project Overview
The Coca-Cola Museum in Hoshiarpur was envisioned as an immersive educational space that brought the brand’s global legacy, sustainability initiatives, and beverage science to life. The project aimed to create an experience that blended storytelling with learning, turning Coca-Cola’s history, values, and innovations into an interactive and visually engaging journey. Through spatial design, graphic systems, and carefully curated factual content, the museum transformed into more than an exhibition, it became a place where visitors could explore the world of Coca-Cola through discovery, interaction, and informed curiosity.
Problem Statement
Coca-Cola needed a museum environment that could communicate its vast heritage and industry knowledge in a way that felt immersive, credible, and accessible to a wide audience, including students, partners, and first-time visitors. The challenge was to present detailed educational information, covering topics like beverage production, sustainability, recycling, and brand evolution, without overwhelming or disengaging visitors. This required a design language that balanced clarity, storytelling, and visual appeal while ensuring a coherent narrative flowed through the entire space.
Our Approach
We developed a comprehensive spatial and information design system that combined architecture, graphics, and content into a unified visitor experience.
Spatial Design: Each zone was crafted to guide visitors through thematic journeys, from Coca-Cola’s origins and bottling processes to its global impact and environmental commitments. Materials, forms, and lighting were chosen to reflect the brand’s energy and timelessness.
Graphic Design: Bold visuals, color-coded sections, and dynamic typography brought structure and rhythm to the museum. Interactive graphics and branded installations made the space both informative and visually iconic.
Information Design: We translated complex educational content into simplified, engaging formats, timelines, illustrated infographics, fact-based panels, and interactive learning displays. This ensured visitors could absorb factual information with ease while staying immersed in the narrative.
Together, these elements created a cohesive museum experience that celebrated Coca-Cola’s identity while educating visitors with clarity, delight, and authenticity.
